The Towers Narragansett Wedding New England Wedding Photographer

Alyssa and Keith’s Narragansett wedding, at The Towers, was my first wedding in Rhode Island! When I first spoke with Alyssa about her Narragansett wedding I was smitten by her upbeat and fun personality and then she told me she was obsessed with peacock and that her wedding would reflect that… I think I actually screamed with excitement a little! I am excited for every wedding that I shoot but I was even more excited for Alyssa and Keith’s day, yes because of the theme but also because Alyssa and Keith are so fun!

Alyssa and Keith first met in 2007, while working at a local amusement park (see I said they were fun!) while in high school and it didn’t take long for them to start a relationship. Alyssa said the first words Keith spoke to her were, “Let me know you where you throw out the trash” come on, that’s romance people! 😉 Even though Alyssa and Keith don’t live in Rhode Island, the state holds a special place in their relationship. They frequent Providence on the regular and that is where Keith proposed to Alyssa. So when wedding planning started, it was a no brainer to find a venue in Rhode Island, which lead them to The Towers in Narragansett!

Alyssa kept saying, “I am getting married today!!” all morning. To say she was excited to marry Keith would be an understatement! Alyssa and Keith have a love that is wild and fun. Alyssa has an eye for detail and it was present in every aspect of her wedding. She gave her bridesmaids the cutest gift boxes filled with goodies they would need for the wedding day. I had a blast shooting her details.

Alyssa has such a sense of humor… I couldn’t help but laugh when she put on her perfume!

This was such an emotional moment for Alyssa!

Keith added his own special touch to the decor. He loves racing cars. So he made tracks (that are actual maps of real tracks) for centerpieces. The tables were named after each track!

At a point in the ceremony, Alyssa’s siblings each got up and shared a poem and/or words of encouragement for their marriage. It was an emotional and special touch do their ceremony!

A hurricane did not stop Alyssa, Keith, and their bridal party from going outside. I swear the wind would have blown anyone away…the waves were even going over the seawall that is how crazy it was out!

Their Narragansett wedding at The Towers was so beautiful. I absolutely loved that Alyssa and Keith were so brave to go out in the hurricane! It was so worth it!

Such an amazing venue for this Narragansett Wedding!! I loved that I was able to capture this shot for Alyssa and Keith!! It was an added touch that the clouds were stormy looking from the hurricane.

This is when the REAL fun started. Alyssa and Keith had one heck of a reception. Everyone was dancing and having fun. Not only is this couple super fun but so were all their friends and family! How could you not be when you have such an electric and fun couple to party with?!
