Katie & Ben | Presque Isle, Maine Wedding

This Presque Isle, Maine wedding will leave you speechless! Katie and Ben had a gorgeous and spectacular day shared with their family and friends. You may remember Katie and Ben from their engagement session last summer in Presque Isle, if not you can see it here. Tracey, my second shooter, and I met Katie and Ben at the church in Presque Isle where they were both busy getting ready. Katie and Ben were both very calm and collective on their wedding day, which didn’t surprise me at all. The details that Katie and Ben put into their day added the extra special touch and all of their fall colors were rich and vibrant. They were also once again so natural in front of the camera! Even with two of us surrounding them during their bride and groom portraits, you would have thought no one was around them. They were so relaxed and enjoying every moment together. The love between Katie and Ben is apparent to everyone! All you have to do is look at them and you see it. Seeing this love between Katie and Ben reminds me why I love being a wedding photographer. I makes you feel all the feels – it is amazing!

Despite the chances of not wonderful weather, we got super lucky. It didn’t rain until later into the night and we were able to capture some very fun rain photos in downtown Presque Isle! Katie and Ben didn’t mind getting soaked and I cannot thank them enough for trusting me. The last photos of the night are some of my favorites in my 2014 wedding season. I also always love to get a chance to shoot in my hometown of Presque Isle. Katie and Ben’s wedding ended my wedding season on a high note and I cannot thank them enough, as well as their family and friends, for such a wonderful and fun day.
